Not a new fee format. A fee an owner could say back, two controls for the risk that fee creates on the cost side, and something other than the fee to compound.
A flat share of gross, below the local band, no add-ons, no markup on contractor invoices; a maintenance threshold with owner sign-off; guest messages logged by category.
The company launched on that model and runs on it. Its listings have held inside the band Airbnb reserves for Superhosts, whose published floor is a 4.8 rating.
